Mother’s Day, May 8, Earth Day, April 22: Many great initiatives that would not be necessary in a perfect world. Because we are a mother and the planet we love every day, right? Apple mini pancake

A good breakfast is the perfect way to start the day off right. The secret ingredient in these mini veggie pancakes is Alpro This is Not M*lk Vegetable Drink, recently voted Product of the Year 2022**. It is used in cooking and baking, but also with breakfast cereals, in coffee, or in drinks. It is an oat drink, a sustainable cereal with a low carbon dioxide impact.2Water consumption and land use ***. Ingredients : 3 red apples – 200 grams of spelled flour – 1 tablespoon of baking powder – 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon – 1 teaspoon of salt – 300 ml Alpro This is a vegetarian drink – 2 tablespoons Alpro Bake & Roast – Maple syrup

Grate two apples finely. Remove the pulp from the third part and cut it into thin slices.
Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Sift the flour to avoid lumps. Add Alpro This Is Not a Vegan Drink M*lk, Alpro Bake & Roast and Shredded Apple. Mix well.
Heat a frying pan greased with a little oil over a medium heat. Pour about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the crepe maker and place an apple slice on top. Repeat the process to cover the entire crepe maker. Cook the mini pancakes for 1-2 minutes, until the bottom has softened and bubbles form on top. Flip the mini pancakes over and cook for another minute on the other side. Repeat the process until the dough disappears.
Serve the mini pancakes hot and drizzled with maple syrup (and diced apples to taste).

Strawberry and Banana Shake

Perfect on a beautiful day: a refreshing fruity shake. With Alpro this is a vegan drink that isn’t M*lk, you can whisk it up in a jiffy, giving you time to chat in the sun with your mom.

Ingredients : 200 gm strawberries – 1 banana – 300 ml Alpro This is a vegetarian drink – 100 gm crushed ice

Peel the strawberries and rinse them. Banana peel.
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 to 3 cups and serve immediately. The fresher, the better!

A good pasta dish is always fun! For example, stuff Conchiglione with vegan meat, fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, arrabiata sauce, and fresh basil, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. A vegan béchamel sauce will add the finishing touch to this carefully prepared vegetarian dish.

Ingredients : 500ml Alpro this is not M*lk a whole vegan drink – 2 tbsp Alpro Bake & Roast – 300g Conchiglione (shelled pasta) – 2 tbsp flour – Juice of half a lemon – 1 tsp Nutmeg – 150g fresh spinach – 150 g grated “fauxmage” – 300 g of minced meat – 400 g of arrabiata sauce – 250 g of cherry tomatoes (optional: different colors) – a handful of fresh basil – salt and pepper

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain and keep. Wash the pot to reuse it in the next step.
Melt Alpro Bake & Roast over medium-high heat. Add the flour and mix it with an egg beater to get a roux. Pour in this Alpro whole vegetable drink, stirring well.
Keep stirring until the sauce reaches the desired thickness (but be careful, the sauce will thicken as it cools). Season with lemon juice and nutmeg. Add salt and pepper.
– Chop the spinach coarsely and add to the sauce with half the amount of cheese. Mix well until the spinach wilts. Pour the sauce into a baking tray with high rims (30 cm diameter).
– Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Fry the chopped vegetables, then remove from the heat. Add arrabiata sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the basil coarsely. Arrange the conchiglione on the vegetable sauce and fill it with salsa and cherry tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with the basil and the rest of the grated cheese. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
