The nature of the previous race

Article 1: Organizers
The Croisicais Running Club is organizing the Presqu’ile Nature Race (14,300 km) and the Discovery Race (5,700 km) on Sunday 15 May 2022 on the coastal and inland tracks of the Croisica Peninsula on natural terrain with some technical characteristics. Participants are required to respect the rules in order to allow this race to maintain the spirit of the track. It consists of two races to accommodate all types of runners.
The Presqu’ile Nature Race is not a qualifying race for a challenge.
Article 2: The way
Departures will be delivered on Sunday 15 May 2022 at Le Croisic football stadium, arrivals will be judged on the football field:
• Presquley Nature Race (14,300 km): Departure at 9:30 am.
• Discovery Pierre Long (5,700 km): Departure at 9:40 am.
The Presqu’île Nature Race and the Pierre Longue Exploration Race are natural infantry races that take place in a natural environment on a specially marked course consisting of tracks or tracks, the pitched surfaces of which do not exceed 25% of the total separation distance.
The organization reserves the right to make any changes in the event of force majeure. Safety on the road and at intersections will be provided by the municipal police, as well as by vandals.
Article 3: Registration
• The 14,300 km race in nature is open to licensed and unlicensed runners aged 16 (trainees) and over.
• The 5,700 km Discovery Race is open to licensed and unlicensed runners 16 years old (juniors) and over.
The single entry price is set as follows:
10 euros for 14,300 km. On-site registration on the day of the event 12 euros
6 euros for the 5700 km Discovery Race. Registration on the site on the day of the event 7 euros

The event will be limited to 700 riders (100 for 5,700 km and 600 for 14,300 km) for security and regulatory reasons. Pursuant to Sections L231-2 and L231-3 of the Sports Act and Circular No. 13 of April 21, 2008 of the FFA, all registered runners must provide a medical certificate of no contraindication to running, athletics or competitive sports less than one year from the date of the race.
Thus, each participant must submit:
• Athlé Contest, Athlé Entreprise, Athlé Operating License issued by the FFA, or “Pass ‘J’aime Courir” issued by the FFA and completed by a physician, valid on the date of the event. (Please note: Other licenses issued by the FFA (Health, Oversight, and Discovery not accepted);
• or a sports license, valid on the date of the event, issued by an approved federation only, which must show, by all means, the absence of contraindications to the exercise of sports in competition, athletics in competition or running in competition;
• Or a medical certificate that there are no contraindications to practicing sports in competition or athletics in competition or running in it, dated less than one year from the date of the competition or its copy.
No other document proving possession of the medical certificate can be accepted. An apron will not be given without one of these supporting documents or a copy of them.
The COVID 19 health protocol will be the protocol on race day.
Article 4: Bibs
Bibs must be collected:
• May 14, 2022 at the Decathon in Saint Nazaire from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm or at the bibliographer on Sunday 15 May 2022 from 7:30 am to 9 am at the Constant Germon Rue de Kervenel Football Club in Le Croisic.
Wearing the apron across the chest will be mandatory and may not be cut under pain of disqualification. Any runner without a bib will be declared out of the race.
Article 5: Timing
For the 14,300-kilometre nature race, the bibs are equipped with an electronic chip (TimePulse) that allows ratings to be determined. It is forbidden to fold the apron.
The 5,700 km Discovery Race with no rating and no timing.
Article 6: Arranging and platforms
Individual ratings are made according to the categories defined by the Croisicais Running Club. The first 3 men’s and women’s scratches (14,300 km) as well as the first men and women in each category will be called upon to take the podium. The results will be published on the race website and on the notice board at the Constant Germain Rue de Quervenel football stadium in Le Croisic.
The main classes will be grouped as: M00/M01, M02/M03, M04/M05, M06/M07, M08/M9/M10.
Only competitors present at the Awards Ceremony will be eligible to receive the Awards.
Article 7: Insurance
The organization is covered with civil liability by an insurance policy in accordance with the Road Racing Charter. Licensees benefit from the guarantees associated with their license. It is the responsibility of the other participants to insure themselves personally. The organization declines any liability in the event of theft or damage that may occur during the sporting event.
Article 8: Medical assistance
Medical assistance will be provided by rescue organizations, in the course and at the end. Medical services may decide to exclude a competitor on medical grounds. Any rider wishing to surrender must report to the first aid station to hand over the child’s bib and carry him to the finish.
Article 9: Toilets and showers
Toilets and showers will be available to gym participants, the starting and ending point of the nature race.
Article 10: Refueling
For the Nature Race on the Peninsula (14,300 km), a refreshment center will be set up at Monte Lénigo and a second at the steering table, if weather conditions require it.
Article 11: Passing the course
Bicycles, wheeled or motorized vehicles are strictly prohibited on the course, unless approved by the organisation.
Article Twelve: Amendments, Derogations and Cancellations
The Organization reserves the right to modify the course, times and/or time barriers for the events listed on the Website and the Rules at any time.
It also reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason that would endanger the life of the runner, for a reason beyond the control of the organization or any event of force majeure, without compensation to the runners.

Article 13: Data Protection Law – CNIL / RGPD
In accordance with the “Data Protection Act” of January 6, 1978, competitors have the right to access and correct their personal data. Through us, they can receive offers from other companies. The personal data sent by participants is intended for authorized employees of “TimePulse” which is the company responsible for processing this data. This data is used to ensure that participant registrations are processed. Article 14: Image rights

Article 15: The nature of the soul’s race
Respect for the environment: In order to respect the environment and the intersecting areas, the race participants (the runners and organizers) undertake not to leave any waste (paper, packaging) on ​​the course. Trash cans will be available at the help station and upon completion. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who voluntarily throw their waste outside the designated areas.
A coastal environment is a fragile environment that contains protected animals, plants, and species. Participants pledge to respect this environment.

Mutual Aid: Any rider must help another competitor in a dangerous situation or distress. Mountain bike guides are not permitted. The organization reserves the right to disqualify a competitor if these instructions are not respected.
Article 16: Security
Dogs (even on a leash) are prohibited on the various courses, but if the runner breaks the rules, the organizer will dismiss all responsibility.
Article 17: Time Barrier
Any runner who does not cross the 14,300 km finish line at 11:30 am, i.e. two hours of the race, will be disqualified.
Article 18: Acceptance
Any contestant acknowledges that he has read these rules and accepts all terms under penalty of disqualification. The participants release the organizers from all liability for all damages caused to them or caused by them before, during and after the event. We depend, fellow runners, on your compliance with the rules and on your sportsmanship.
