TransCo: Assistance in group retraining

Created and funded by the state (64.4 million euros in the IDF), this innovative solution (transitional groups Also known as TransCo) targets companies or groups that are undergoing changes or that discover employees whose jobs are at risk. These volunteer employees will be notified of training for certification allowing them to gain skills useful for their retraining. They will also have the possibility to obtain a CléA certification to enhance their basic knowledge.
