To help entrepreneurs and HR facilitate cross-sector mobility and retrain their employees, the government relies on the TransCo system implemented by Transitions Pro Île-de-France.
How do you find collaborators in health, digital, hotels and restaurants, construction, transportation, and industry? Lots of sectors that are in dire need of employment. How do you expect a change of professions, a loss of a market, or even a cessation of activity without leaving loyal employees on the ground? How do you connect workers in the retraining process with HR and corporate managers who are struggling to hire? Very real problems, not contradictory, to which the System of Collective Transformations (TransCo), which has been put in place by the government since January 15, 2021, responds.
The change is already tomorrow
In the fifties and sixties of the last century, all jobs were defined. When an employee entered a company, he knew that he would advance more or less regularly and that he would retire quietly. This world is completely over.
With today’s generation Z reaching the job market, it thinks differently and changes more easily. Change for the better, change for different, change to adapt to a world in transition, change to anticipate the future and build yourself, change to earn more, to live better or give meaning to your life.
Outside of GenZ, frustrated employees, employees in precarious situations, employees weakened by multiple crises… they want or need a change of direction.
Professional relocation, related lever
Volatility, HR nightmare? not necessarily. According to some studies, most of the jobs that the French will occupy in 2030 do not exist yet. The world is changing and adaptability has become the key word. Adaptation to economic and health crises. Thinking about the future both in terms of digitization and environmental transformation.
By 2030, nearly 60% of current occupations are likely to be affected by changing technologies. At the same time, new professions are emerging, especially in connection with digitization. Environmental transformation is on the rise, green and blue economies are enjoying inexhaustible enthusiasm, and artificial intelligence and e-commerce development are creating new skills.
Facilitate and support retraining
That’s when Transitions Pro Île-de-France comes along. The toll-free number is reserved for human resources and general managers who want information: 0800 949 549. They can also refer to the website: www.transitionspro-idf.fr. The idea? This organization financially supports companies to enable their employees to retrain.
Created and funded by the state (64.4 million euros in the IDF), this innovative solution (transitional groups Also known as TransCo) targets companies or groups that are undergoing changes or that discover employees whose jobs are at risk. Offering mass retraining towards growth careers to the employees who desire it, enabling them to anticipate future changes and ensuring their employability in the future. These volunteer employees will be notified of training for certification allowing them to gain skills useful for their retraining. They will also have the possibility to obtain a CléA certification to enhance their basic knowledge.
Occupational transition is a job, a job in the service of a job change for all those who will soon become represented in their professional mobility (particularly CDI, CDD, temporary, intermittent workers in Mashhad).
